Construction of a new Charter school in Fall River, MA consisting of 94,000 SF. The building will house students from grades K-12.

Project is scheduled for completion in Spring of 2018.

Meadowbrook School - Lower School & Learning Center

Weston, MA

Construction of a new 45,000 SF Elementary School in Weston, MA.

Scope Highlights:

Pre-fabricated LGMF roof trusses, Installation of metal decking at LGMF roof trusses, GFRG Column Covers, sound absorbing wall panels, acoustic gypsum plaster, LGMF dormers, Installation of Expansion Joints.

Project is scheduled for completion in Summer of 2017.

Epiphany School

Dorchester, MA

Construction of a middle school addition in Dorchester. This project will consist of cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, sheathing, thermal insulation, drywall and firestopping.

Project is scheduled for completion in Spring of 2017.

Nantucket Schools

Nantucket, MA

Construction of a new Nantucket Intermediate School, which will be a two story, 72,000 SF school, designed for approximately 400 students from grades 3-5. The Cyrus Peirce Middle School project will provide an 8,910 SF addition. This project will consist of cold-formed metal framing, drywall, plastic paneling, and thermal insulation.

Project is scheduled for completion in July of 2017.

This project will consist of cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, thermal insulation, weather barriers, metal wall and soffit panels, metal composite material wall panels, fire stopping, hollow metal doors and frames, and gypsum board assemblies.
