Providence, RI
Construction of a new 153,000 SF residential housing for public use and an additional 6,000 SF Core & Shell retail space on the ground floor. This building will consist of 7 stories, with 174 finished units.
Project is scheduled for completion in Summer of 2019.
Sterling Middle School
Quincy, MA
Construction of a new 95,732 SF Sterling Middle School Building serving grades 5 through 8. Includes demolition of a portion of the existing building. The site is comprised of approx. 4.4 acres of land.

Hyannis Fire Rescue Headquarters
Hyannis, MA
Construction of a new multi phased fire station building and demolition of the existing building.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2018.
John J. Moran Medium Security Facility
Cranston, RI
Addition & Renovation to the John J. Moran Medium Security Facility located in Cranston, RI. Renovations include an enlarged dining room, a new independent storage mezzanine, and various room and structure renovations.
Project is scheduled for completion in July 2019

Construction of a new DPW & Public Safety Facility including light gauge metal framing, fiber cement siding, metal soffit panels, insulation, fiberglass reinforced plastic paneling, etc.

Construction of a new 78,000 SF, four-story steel framed structure on a 6.5 acre sloped site with lower and upper parking lots. Designed to be a Net Zero Energy Building.
Project is scheduled to be completed by 2019.
Cabot Elementary School

Renovation/addition to the 1929 portion of the existing elementary school.
Sunita-L. Williams Elementary School
Needham, MA
The project intent is to construct a new elementary school building. The new school will include general, special education and dedicated instruction classrooms for grades kindergarten through 5th grade, a gymnasium, media center, cafeteria and associated kitchen, administrative areas and support spaces to serve the primary occupancy. The project size is approximately 90,000 SF of construction on approximately a 10 acre site.
Eliot School
Boston, MA
Complete Renovation of a 42,000 SF former office building into an elementary school. The general footprint of the property will remain the same, however the entire interior will be renovated to school standards. When completed, the building will feature state-of-the-art spaces designed to promote collaborative learning as well as an art studio and robotics-engineering lab.
LEED Project
Project is scheduled to be completed by November of 2018.
King Open School
Cambridge, MA
Construction of a new 276,000 SF King Open/ Cambridge St. Upper Schools & Community Complex. This project will consist of over 1 million SF of drywall, Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum, radius exterior walls, FRP Paneling, housing grades K-5 in the King Open School & 6-8 in the Upper school. The school will have separate entrances as well as their own academic, physical education & administrative facilities but will share common spaces that will include the media center, cafeteria & auditorium. This complex will also have a branch of the public library, swimming pool, underground parking garage & district office's for the city's public school department. This project is designed to be all electric making it combustion free.

Benjamin Franklin Classical Public Charter School
Franklin, MA
Construction of a new 72,000 SF Public Charter School located in Franklin, MA. This project consists of a new two story pre-engineered building that will house classrooms, commons, dining area & support spaces.
This Project is scheduled to be completed by September of 2019.
Southborough Public Safety Complex
Southborough, MA
Construction of a new 35,680 SF steel framed Public Safety Complex located in Southborough MA. The new building will include a public lobbly, training room, dispatch, fire and police administration offices, detention facilities, and a five-bay apparatus room on the first floor. The second floor will include police administration offices, fire fighter's living quarters, a fitness and storage room. A two-stop elevator will serve the two levels.
Project is scheduled for completion in summer of 2019.
Tufts Library
Weymouth, MA
Construction of a 50,000 sq-foot public library, which will replace the existing building. The new library will be home to several community meeting rooms and a local history center. The library will also feature a larger children's literature area, open reading areas, along with private study rooms and a media center.
