Plainville Town Hall & Public Safety
Plainville, MA
Construction of a new 21,000 SF Town Hall & 43,000 SF Public Safety Building with a 5,500 SF Aux. building.
Project is scheduled for completion in Summer of 2018.
Nantucket Cottage Hospital
Nantucket, MA
Construction of a new 106,000 SF two story Hospital. The building will accommodate in and out patient services including one additional operating room, consolidation of ancillary services and physician offices under one roof, creating additional ambulatory space.

River House Graduate Apartments
Providence, RI
Construction of a new 153,000 SF residential housing for public use and an additional 6,000 SF Core & Shell retail space on the ground floor. This building will consist of 7 stories, with 174 finished units.
Project is scheduled for completion in Summer of 2019.
Sterling Middle School
Quincy, MA
Construction of a new 95,732 SF Sterling Middle School Building serving grades 5 through 8. Includes demolition of a portion of the existing building. The site is comprised of approx. 4.4 acres of land.

Construction of a new 17,647 SF Police Station, including administrative offices, communications, records, E911, locker rooms, detention block & public meeting room.

Construction of a new 70,700 SF Elementary School located in Woburn, MA.

Boston Preparatory Charter Public School Phase ll
Boston, MA
Expansion of the school compromised of a 35,000 SF, three-story addition to house classrooms, science labs, administration spaces and a cafeteria. Minor modifications will be made to the existing site plan to increase parking while maintaining the existing vehicular and site circulation.
LEED Project.
Building is scheduled to be opened and occupied by August of 2018.
Mass Dot
Worcester, MA
Construction of a new 78,000 SF, four-story steel framed structure on a 6.5 acre sloped site with lower and upper parking lots. Designed to be a Net Zero Energy Building.
Project is scheduled to be completed by 2019.
Eliot School
Boston, MA
Complete Renovation of a 42,000 SF former office building into an elementary school. The general footprint of the property will remain the same, however the entire interior will be renovated to school standards. When completed, the building will feature state-of-the-art spaces designed to promote collaborative learning as well as an art studio and robotics-engineering lab.
LEED Project
Project is scheduled to be completed by November of 2018.
King Open School
Construction of a new 276,000 SF King Open/Cambridge St. Upper Schools Community Complex. This project will consist of over 1 million SF of drywall, Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum, radius exterior walls, FRP Paneling, housing grades K-5 in the King Open School & 6-8 in the Upper School. The school will have separate entrances as well as their own academic, physical education & administrative facilities but will share common spaces that will include the media center, cafeteria & auditorium. This complex will also have a branch of the public library , swimming pool, underground parking garage & district office's for the city's public school department. This building is designed to be all electric making it combustion free.

The Project is scheduled to be completed by September of 2019.
