Lincoln Street Elementary School
Northborough, MA
Construction consists of approximately 45,000 SF of major renovation of the existing Lincoln Street Elementary School facility with an approximately 8,000 SF addition.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
3 Washington Place
Easton, MA
Construction of a new Medical Office Building in Easton, MA. Scope of work includes light gauge metal framing, rough carpentry, sheathing, insulation, fire resistive joint systems, door frame installation, non-structural metal framing and gypsum board.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
BBN Middle School
Cambridge, MA
The project will renovate Buckingham Browne & Nichols Middle School in Cambridge, MA. The renovations will consist of demolishing the middle of the building, and rebuilding the facility. Reconstruction of the Middle School is to optimize space use, increase sociability, and maximize accessibility.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
Boston MEPS
Boston, MA
The project will relocate Boston Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) from the fourth floor to the fifth floor of the nine-story Barnes Federal Building in downtown Boston. The project will also include the addition of vestibules adjacent to the first floor lobby for fire protection/life safety egress requirements.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
Holy Cross Contemplative Center
West Bolyston/Holden, MA
This project will consist of membrane roofing systems, skylights, cedar siding, wood windows, metal and wood framing, and GWB. This project is designated as a "Green Project."

Taylor School at Sea Lab
New Bedford, MA
This project will include a one story addition to the current Taylor School at Sea Lab. Construction consists of approximately 25,765 SF. There will also be minor renovations to the exisitng building.
Project is scheduled for completion in July of 2016.

Boston Prep Charter School
Boston, MA
Construction of a new middle school and high school in Boston, MA consisting of 45,000 SF. The building will house approximately 400 students from grades 6-12. When completed, the project will include instructional, support and specialty spaces, a new gymnasium, cafeteria, and library. The site work will include a new parking lot, bus driveways, sidewalks, outdoor althletic spaces, and complete landscaping.
Project is scheduled for completion in May of 2017.

CHA Jefferson Park Project
Cambridge, MA
This project is designated to revitalize the park and it will consist of the construction of 104 units of Certified Green Communities Affordable Housing. The new site shall be a six building site with new street configuration and infrastructure. Basic construction shall be three story town house style units with wood framing. Two buildings shall be four stories with an elevator in each building and shall consist of a mix of apartment flats over community space on the ground. This project is designated as a "Green Project."

Shrewsbury Public Library
Shrewsbury, MA
The Project consists of abating and demolishing the 1923/1979 additions, the former Credit Union and a selective portion of the 1903 original building. The addition is approximately 32,000 SF.
Project is scheduled for completion in 2016.

Scope of work includes light gauge metal framing, rough carpentry, sheathing, insulation, fire resistive joint systems, door frame installation, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board as well as furnishing and installing a complete rain screen & fiber cement siding system.
Lynn Campus Expansion
Lynn, MA
The project consists of a new addition to the current building plus renovations to the existing McGee building, which will address outstanding accessibility issues. Construction of this new addition requires 40,000 SF and consists of three floors and an enclosed mechanical penthouse. The functions housed in the new addition are extended student services, classrooms, testing services, academic technology, and a suite for the President and her staff.
